Christmas Showcase 2022

As the sun follows the moon, Christmas comes around each year. And for us in the business world, Christmas comes earlier than it does for most. Ergo, although we’re only in October, Christmas is very much on the menu. A pretty apt analogy there ‘cos when we start thinking about Christmas food looms large. Mind you – were you to talk to Mr SED, he’d tell you that food is on my mind all the time!

So, speeding on from that, let me present our 2022 Christmas collection – yay!!

We’re starting with that mainstay of the Christmas edibles: gingerbread. Last year our gingerbread village was a big success, so we’ve added to it this year. Here’s the full collection. We’ve created three new Dutch gable houses. These work super well around the Christmas cake or as Advent calendars. And we’ve gone mini too – all these styles are available in 5cm.

Christmas Eve Collection

Following on from the popular Christmas Eve boxes, we’ve expanded the cookie collection for Christmas Eve. We’ve created a set of three cutters, milk bottle with stamp, reindeer face (with stamp) and a carrot. Then we’ve given you six stamps to choose from, add the stamp you want to the box and voila your Christmas Eve cookie collection is ready. The six stamps are:

• Cookies for Santa
• One More Sleep
• Reindeer Mail
• North Pole Mail
• Christmas Eve 2022 or …
• … Santa’s Footsteps.

Embossing stamps

Talking embossing stamps, I’ve gone a lil steam-punky this year along with some Polish worded stamps. Our Polish first communion stamps worked well, so we’ve added Wesolych Swiat to the collection. Along with Christmas tree word stamps, Christmas Vibes and a Teacher Collection. Hoping we’ve caught something for everyone.

Cookie cutter collection additions

Adding to the cookie cutter collection we’ve created two new baubles, a heart and a triple wide. Along with a new tree, we’ve made it softer and removed the trunk. We’ve also added another Gonk or Gnome to the collection, along with a Kawaii Deer shape – see what you think.

Craft embellishments

Now we move on to craft embellishments. It’s not all about cookies and baking y’know. Our other love is general crafting. Card making had been a large part of our lives for many years and we have so many cookie cutter designs. So, it feels the right time to begin converting them over to embellishments.

We’ve started with Christmas trees, in a variety of colours, beginning with 2.5cm tall and 3mm deep. Ahhh but you know us, we can make them to the size you want, what works for you.
